Our head office is in Morley, Leeds – easily accessible from junction 28 on the M62 – and we have hubs and depots across the UK.
Work hard, play hard… it’s a bit of a cliché, admittedly, but we do know how to have a good time! As well as the annual conference (where you might meet a famous face or two) there are regular team away days and socials. To give back to the communities we work with, you’ll be encouraged to get involved in various fundraising events, from bake sales and raffles to the London Marathon and the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge. If you’ve got a fund-raising idea we’ve got a match-funding scheme to support your good cause. We also offer all permanent colleagues one day’s paid volunteering a year to help local communities and charities.
When we get recognised by our peers for doing something amazing, it feels great. Over the last few years, we’ve won numerous awards for all sorts of things, including the operation of our hubs and depots, our tech transformation project, employee engagement, our mobile app and our efforts in sustainability and decarbonisation. Individual colleagues have been rewarded too, winning titles such as CIO of the Year and Customer Experience Champion.
